Since the beginning of my coaching journey, I’ve constantly explored the questions, “What is authenticity?” and “Why does authenticity matter?”
And I learned pretty quickly that I wasn’t going to get to the bottom of either of those questions by myself.
So, I talked to people from many walks of life in multiple mediums, from healthcare providers to performers, writers, coaches, and more.
I’ve hosted podcasts, weekly discussion groups, and workshops.
I said the word authenticity so many times that it now feels like a tongue twister.
I learned a lot about the complexities, costs, and challenges of being yourself vs. whoever you think the world needs you to be.
I’ve also learned about the huge rewards that come with being your real self; rewards that outweigh the risks, in my opinion.
I’ve created the Authenticity Library so I can share all of my insights with you in one centralized place.
You can find the answers to questions like…
You can browse through different themes like…

Authenticity in the Workplace
You can read personal essays I’ve written, reflecting on my own personal journey to explore who I really am.
The best part about the Authenticity Library is that it’s ever-growing and ever-evolving. There’s always more to discover about what it means to be our real selves.
As I wrote in Authentic by Alexa,
We only have one life. I want to spend mine being myself - not who other people want or “need” me to be.
If you agree, happy reading and listening. Here’s to being exactly who we are.
